From the Mealthy Website, this is an easy and delicous starter recipe for those new to pressure cooking
Season both sides of the chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Turn the MultiPot on and press the saute button. Add 1 Tbsp of oil. to the inner pot of the cooker. Saute the chicken in the hot oil, about 2-3 minutes per side and remove to a plate.
Add the remaining oilive oil and stir in the onion, garlic and lemon juice. Stir for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add the broth and italian seasoning. Top with the chicken.
Lock the lid into place and set the steam vent handle to "sealing." Select the "Poultry" button and set the timer for 9 minutes on high pressure. When done, turn the steam vent handle to "venting" to quick release the pressure.
