Holiday Pasta Salad With Cranberry

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces bagged broccoli slaw
  • 6 ounces Tres Omega Penne Pasta cooked according to package directions
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup honey dijon dressing divided
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the slaw, pasta and half the dressing in a bowl. Chill for 2 hours

  2. Add remaining dressing just before serving. Add the salt and pepper. Stir. Top with the cranberries

Recipe Notes

Add more or less of the dressing depending on how "saucy" you want it.
