Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cut a slit into the salmon steaks being careful not to cut all the way through
Add half of the BLENDABELLA into each slit. Wrap each salmon steak with foil, not too tight.
Spray the heated skillet with cooking spray. Lay the veggies out in the skillet in an even layer, arranging so there is open space for the salmon. Place the salmon in the skillet.
Cover and cook on medium high for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low and cook another 15 minutes. Adjust your stovetop heat as necessary since all stoves cook differently.
To serve, arrange the veggies on a plate and place the fish either on top or just to the side. Enjoy the deliciousness.
