Parmesan Fiesta Corn

Parmesan Fiesta Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning
  • 2 Large ears of corn (shucked)
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • parsley to garnish

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the butter, and two seasonings.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Brush the two ears of corn with the seasoning mix. Place in the skillet. Add the wine.
Step 3
Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Remove from pan and sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley over the corn. Serve immediately.
