Hello!!! Sorry I missed last week and I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Whether traveling or enjoying a quiet holiday at home, I hope it was everything you wished for. Now… onto the thick of the holiday season with it’s parties, shopping and giving spirit.
My in-laws came in from Colorado for the holiday. And can I say what a wonderful time it was? I caught a lot of heat with the “oh no, it’s the in-laws” comments like it was going to be the week from hell. However, I’m so lucky to have such wonderful in-laws that are not just my family, but also my friends.
My menu for the holiday was a delicious Honeybaked Ham (, my famous green bean casserole and my orange cranberry sauce. I also made some mashed potatoes and crescent rolls (OK, those were Pilsbury, but still……..) and an apple pie compliments of Marie Callendar. All around it was an awesome day.
Features this week are all about the upcoming parties and holiday celebrations. Enjoy!
