Simply delicious apple cinnamon muffins that are a fall must-make recipe!

Fall is in the air! Crisp temps, sun, leaves changing colors….. it’s all happening now! I love fall cooking and when I was approached to take part in the Steviva “Sweetin it up” Blogger Recipe Challenge, I was all over that! Time to make some delicious muffins.
These are delicious! And, I used the Steviva Erysweet product. Pure, Non-GMO Erysweet erythritol is naturally derived and makes for a near 1:1 replacement for sugar in recipes. Paleo, keto and diabetic friendly, with only 1 calorie and 4.7 grams carbs per serving. A serving is one teaspoon. It’s 70% as sweet as sugar, without all those carbs, calories or glycemic impact. And it was perfect for these muffins.
Steveiva’s line of good for you all natural sweeteners are terrific options for clean label cooking and baking. They are low glycemic and free of chemicals (seriously, a great thing!). The sweeteners come in a variety of particle sizes from crystalline to powder to replace table sugar and powdered sugar in your recipes. As far as I was concerned, there was no difference between these products and what I would have normally purchased.
