- 3 Medium boneless pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Rosemary Garlic Seasoning (I use Tone's Brand)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 2 Large pearl onions (sliced into rings)
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
- 3 pieces havarti cheese
If you want it spicy, add some red pepper flakes at the same time you add the spinach.
Food Network, as usual, really hit it out of the park with this recipe. I had almost all the ingredients called for on hand, however I did make a few changes here and there. No matter the changes, this recipe turned out to be amazing. For those of you who think pork chops or bad for you, guess again this recipe does prove that the “other white meat” should be part of your meal rotation.
