And Happy New Year!!!
Welcome to the first Tickle My Tastebuds of 2017! Sorry I have not been around here the last two weeks. We were traveling to California for my Mom’s 80th birthday then had some personal issues arise. So sorry!! But, 2017 is here and so we begin again with New Year feature foods. Let’s get cooking!
Do you make New Year’s Resolutions? I really do not. Making a long list of resolutions doesn’t always work for me so the last two years, I’ve done a “word of the year.” Last year, it was “growth.” This meant growth at my day job, growing my blog, learning new things and just growing as a person. Do you do this?
For 2017, my work of the year is “courage.” What does that mean? It means for me to have the courage to step outside my comfort zone in all areas. At work, challenge myself do try some new task or responsibility. Maybe it means taking up a new sport or hobby. Who knows. For Lori’s Culinary Creations, it ‘s finding even more adventure in the kitchen. Is that even possible? We shall see….
In the meantime, let’s get on with our first link party of the year. Since it’s New Year’s and there are resolutions to be met, I came up with some delicious healthy features to start your year off on the right foot.
Now… Lets party!
I am so happy you are here! If you are new here, welcome! If you are returning to this fun party, welcome back! Each Tuesday, I will be partying with you and our guests as you Tickle My Tastebuds! Thank you for making the last link party another success. You are all amazing.
