Welcome back to Tickle My Tastebuds Tuesday. How’s it going? I was out of town again this past weekend which is why you haven’t seen a recipe in a week. This time it was off to Seattle for my husbands Navy reunion. We do this every two years and it’s quite a great time. I’m going to write more about it later in the week so right now, let’s get cooking!

Yesterday it was 100 degrees in Salt Lake, so being in Seattle for a few days was a nice welcome break. It’s not something that’s going to change any time soon. Apparently, the heat bakes us through most of the week so if you have any good tips to stay cool, I’m all ears.

I once again want to thank you all for stopping by each week. You continually amaze me with your culinary creativity and gorgeous food pictures. I have been inspired by all the deliciousness I see here and I welcome all the feedback you’ve given about what you love seeing here.
