Grilled Salmon with Lemon Thyme Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 green onion (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2-3 tablespoons butter
- 2-3 tablespoons flour
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup limencello liqueur
- 3/4 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 8 oz salmon filets
- 2 teaspoons Trader Joes 21 Seasoning Salute

Even folks who don’t like lemon will probably like this sauce. Hubby is not a lemon fan but he sure enjoyed it. In fact, it was his idea to add the Limoncello Liqueur to the recipe. This would make any salmon lover happy. Great two ingredients this month.
