Ready to take a trip on the wild side? You can with Jack Link’s Wild Side Sausages. And with Cinco de Mayo just right around the corner, I wanted to make something truly delicious! And to celebrate, I went with the bold flavors of Jack Link’s Wild Side Sausage Jalapeño Flavor. It was perfect for a Cinco de Mayo Breakfast Bake I had in mind.
Cinco de Mayo has to be one of my favorite holidays because I can eat Mexican food all day long. Breakfast, lunch AND dinner. I think the Cinco de Mayo breakfast menu is overlooked in favor of the popular dinner recipes of tacos and enchiladas. But not this time. I found the perfect item to add to my casserole.
Jack Link’s Wild Side Sausages come in three yummy flavors; Original, Jalapeño and Cheddar. I really like that these have no fillers or added MSG. They are gluten free and high in protein. Also no artificial flavors or colors and are made with premium cuts of beef and pork. They come fully cooked so you can cook them in any manner you like, from the grill to the slow cooker. I could eat these by themselves, over rice or in this delicious breakfast bake.
I found Jack Link’s Wild Side Sausages in the packaged meat section at Walmart. All three flavors were there for me to purchase. As you can see, these are on Rollback pricing ($3.48) from now through Memorial Day. Good reason to purchase all three!
The jalapeno sausage is good with just enough kick to get you to notice but not the type of heat that stays with you for hours. The bold flavor of Jack Link’s Wild Side Sausage will make this breakfast casserole the star of your cinco de mayo menu.
