Delicious peanut butter cookies made with Jif Peanut Powder.

Jif Peanut Powder makes some amazing cookies. Jif peanut powder has 85% less fat then traditional peanut butter. So good! #StartWithJifPowder #cbias #ad

It’s a new year, and with a new year brings new goals especially in our diets.  But, I’m a huge peanut butter fan so I can’t cut that out. There is no way I’ll give it up but I can find a way to work it into my goals and Jif Peanut Powder helps get this done.

So how am I focusing on a new year and a new me?  It’s pretty simple actually. I’m just making some simple substitutions in my recipes and ingredients. I’m focusing not only on my diet, but also taking better care of myself physically and mentally. Jif Peanut Powder is going to be a great way for me to meet and achieve my goals. I am addicted to peanut butter. There, I said it.

I found Jif Peanut Powder at my Walmart, right in the peanut butter aisle.  It has 85% less fat then traditional peanut butter and it’s an easy way to add that yummy flavor to my cookie recipe. Jif Peanut Powder is made with one ingredient….. fresh roasted peanuts! How awesome is that… no added sugar or salt. Now THAT is a great way to hit my goals. There is also a Jif Chocolate Peanut Powder if you want a richer chocolate flavor. It has a dash of sugar, making it perfect for hubby who loves chocolate.

After I got home from Walmart, guess what I did? I mean, RIGHT when I got home? I opened the bag and tried Jif Peanut Powder. I didn’t even wait to make a recipe, I just wanted to taste it. All by itself it has a nice creamy peanut flavor without all the sugar taste. I was so happy with this! I like the bag rather then the jar. It has an almost velcro type of closing which will ensure this stays fresh.

I wanted to see just how good this is so I used my family peanut butter cookie recipe (thanks Mom) but instead of peanut butter, I used Jif Peanut Powder. And they were so good!

    Those cookies look delicious, yum! It’s so nice to be able to enjoy the foods you like without the guilt. I like that the Jif Peanut Powder is in a bag also… makes it easier to measure out for cookies and other recipes! {client}
