Greek Style Olive and Avocado Egg Rolls
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1/2 cup Sun Dried tomato paste (or 8 whole sun dried tomatoes)
- 1/2 Large avocado (sliced into 8 long pieces)
- 32 Mezzetta Kalamata Olives
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
If you’re more non-traditional in your holiday recipes like I am, this will be one you’ll love making. I love Greek & Mediterranean foods and putting my favorites in an egg roll makes perfect sense to me. Hand held appetizers like egg rolls are great since your guests will will have the freedom to move around and mingle. I’ll be serving olive and avocado egg rolls this holiday season on more then one occasion. Thanks to Mezzetta, I have my go-to appetizer recipe in the bag.
