Baked Chicken Parmesan

- 2lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon rosemary garlic seasoning
- 1-2 cup marinara sauce (or your favorite sauce)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- cooking spray
Add crushed red pepper to the breadcrumb mix for extra kick
Tried to get Hubby to sing the song of his people while eating the chicken but he declined, so no funny video to share with you all. However, even though it wasn’t a sandwich, this baked chicken parm “tastes so good” that it doesn’t need bread of any sort. I served it with a side of homemade pasta. If you’re wondering why the pasta is squiggly in the picture, that’s why. I haven’t been able to make a stick straight pasta yet!
