“Chicken Parm You Taste So Good.” How Peyton Manning chose dinner.

February 9, 2015

Baked Chicken Parmesan really tastes THAT good. It’s enough to sing about.
Baked Chicken Parm is something to sing about! Baking takes the oil and calories out resulting in a fresh light chicken parm. www.lorisculinarycreations.com

We’ve all seen that commercial, right? The one with Peyton Manning putting other words to the Nationwide jingle. That commercial cracks me up every time and the other night while I was contemplating what to make for dinner, it came on. As I was smiling when he was “loosing feeling in my toes,” I thought wait… if chicken parm tastes so good for Peyton, why not make it for dinner?

Hubby is a big Bronco’s fan so it’s always “Peyton this, Peyton that” when the games are on. So in honor of Mr. Manning, tonights dinner will be the chicken parm he loves so much only mine was baked chicken parm, not the sandwich he eats on the commercial.

Chicken Parmesan is how my husband judges how good an Italian restaurant is. He orders is every single time at every restaurant. If he doesn’t like their recipe we tend not to go back, ha ha!
