Another weekend, another barbecue. This meal was made last week and is another Weight Watchers friendly dish that I found to be sweet and savory altogether. Marinated in honey and orange juice, this made for one delicious and flavorful honey seared salmon even the kids would love.
Salmon is such a delicious fish, full of flavor and contains those good Omega 3’s we all need. Like tilapia, salmon is quite versatile and can be used for baking, grilling, shredding for tacos and other culinary creations. For the most part, we wrap it up in a foil pack and cook it on the grill with our favorite veggies and seasoning. This one was a bit different and came out fantastic.

There you have it. A sweet and savory honey seared salmon that can be served up on even the busiest of weeknights. I liked how the tart orange juice blended with the honey and it complimented the fish rather well. If you have a busy weeknight coming up, give this one a shot.

I am desperately trying to learn to love fish. I love all things healthy but really struggle with seafood of any kind. This is a flavor profile I love with the orange and honey and soy. I think I may enjoy this!!
