I’m a sushi nut so when I saw this Unagi and Avocado Rolls with Carrot Sushi Rice, I was ready to whip this one right up.  Thanks to Farm Fresh Feasts for this one.

Luv a Bargain contributed this Simple Spinach Pie that contains one of my other favorites; feta cheese. Doesn’t it look amazing?

I’m very intrigued by these Chicken Cordon Bleu Ravioli. I’m still waiting to break out my new KitchenAid Ravioli maker and I may be christening it this weekend with Hye Thyme Cafe’s recipe.

Thanks so much for featuring my Chicken Cordon Bleu Ravioli! The funny thing is that I was at my sister’s house when I made that. I brought the leftover filling home with me intending to make another batch of pasta the next day to try it again and roll out the pasta thin enough, but I left my pasta machine at her house. I have a loaf of Pumpernickel, so I ended up making sandwiches with it instead! Yummm 🙂
