So what did you think of the Olympics? I was amazed by the athleticism of these participants and am awed by their sportsmanship and abilities. What was your favorite event? I think I loved the downhill skiing the most. It’s not like I ski… I’m a gold medalist in falling down a mountain. I guess I’m just jealous.
I tried watching as much as possible and that meant spending a bit less time in the kitchen and coming up with some easy, yet flavorful, recipes. This recipe for garlic sautéed cauliflower and green beans certainly fit the bill with it’s ease of preparation and tasty garlicky goodness.

This can go with steak, chicken, fish or even be it’s own meatless entree if you’re vegetarian. Garlic and cauliflower compliment each other and the addition of the green beans give the dish some added color. I served this grilled mild italian sausages and a side of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Walmart actually had a box mix for this from Red Lobster so it’s as authentic as actually going to the restaurant. They whipped up quick too.
If you’re a fan of this tasty white veggie, garlic sautéed cauliflower is a must make. It’s so easy! How do you like your cauliflower?
