The slow cooker southern style pork ribs that were made here were so tender, moist and had a sweet tangy flavor that was a great compliment to the pork. By adding large chunks of onion, it gave the sauce lots of extra flavor without overpowering it. I prefer red onions for this very reason. I served this with corn on the cob since it seemed so appropriate with this recipe.

So there you have it. A simple recipe that will make everyone happy but won’t keep you in the kitchen for hours.

I love ribs! Do you use the ones labeled “Country Style Ribs”? I rarely cook ribs and when I do am confused as to which to buy.

There were some problems with the server this morning so maybe that’s why it was giving fits. Who knows…. Have a great new year and thank for stopping by
