Parmesan Baked Pork Chops

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 3 pork chops
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 5oz cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh or jarred)
- 1/8 cup bread crumbs
How good does that look?
These came out moist and wonderful. There are actually two ways you can do this. I covered the chops with the sauce and sprinkled the breadcrumbs and parmesan on top. Another way is to pour the sauce around the chops and cover the chops only with the breadcrumbs and parmesan to make a crust. Either way, these baked pork chops will cook up nicely. Another alternative is to add sliced white mushrooms in the sauce prior to baking for some extra veggies. And if you ask me, you can never go wrong with adding mushrooms to a recipe.
