Steaks with Steakhouse Garlic Butter
Brush a layer of the garlic butter onto the steaks. I always let the steaks sit out at room temperature for about 30 minutes before I cook them. Why you ask? So they are not cold in the center when I put them on the grill. If they go straight from fridge to grill, they don’t cook evenly and you’ll get a charred outside and a rare inside.
