I like recipes that you can whip up in a jiffy on those busy weeknights, whether you just put in a long day at work or have been running the kids all over to their activities. Simple recipes with readily available ingredients are perfect for these occasions. I love getting knee deep into a complex recipe, but this time I just wanted a quick dinner and to relax after a tough work day.
Ingredients< 3 Tbsp Honey 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce 1 large clove of garlic, chopped 1 Tbsp Evan Williams whiskey 2 - 6 oz pork chops

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix the first four ingredients above in a small bowl. Place the pork chops into a glass baking dish and pour the mix over the chops. Baked for 25 minutes at 350, flipping them at the 10 & 20 minute marks for even coating.
How fast was that? This is an easy weeknight pork cop dinner that is tasty and satisfying. This can pair up with any veggie or pasta and I had mine with broccoli couscous. Hubby thought it was good too. It satisfied his craving for something sweet and tangy and the chops came out so tender. If you don’t want to use whiskey or if you are a non alcohol family, you can substitute a tangy balsamic dressing or even balsamic vinegar. That should do the trick.
