It’s that time of year… the weather warms up and it’s time to uncover the grill and start cooking outside. I love a good barbecued meal. And, we live in a townhouse complex so we get to socialize with the neighbors while making a delicious dinner. Here is one of my favorite easy peasy meals.
The steak was marinated in Stubbs Marinade, Country Bob’s All Purpose sauce, Mrs. Dash Steak Seasoning and a dash of salt and pepper. Grilled 5 minutes each side (I had a rather thick steak) then 8-10 minutes on medium heat turning a quarter turn to get those cool grill marks.
The corn was seasoned with Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning, butter, a dash of salt and pepper and a splash of red wine. I wrapped it in foil and cooked it on the barbecue as well.
Very yummy and easy dinner. Best part? Not much clean up at all.
