Welcome to Tickle My Tastebuds! Happy November! Hope you all had a great weekend. Do you know Thanksgiving is rich around the corner? Of course you do! For that reason, my features this month are all about Thanksgiving…. main dishes, sides, desserts…. we’ll have it all. This week, let’s look at the potato.
Russet, red, sweet and fingerlings. The potato is a featured side dish on Thanksgiving tables all over. I usually serve mashed or a sweet potato casserole for this holiday, you know… the traditional stuff. But there are so many ways to make it, why just serve one variety? Make two!
So, lets get ready for Thanksgiving and check out these potato recipes. Traditional or not, they are certainly good any time of the year.
